How much notice do you need? +
Tray bakes need at least 24 hours' notice. Cupcakes and cakes need a minimum of 48 hours.
Can I customise my cake? +
Yes — flavours, colours, themes and decoration can all be tailored. Use the custom order form to tell us what you're picturing.
Do you deliver? +
Yes, delivery is available depending on distance — get in touch to check your area. Collection is recommended where possible.
Where are you based? +
Wolverhampton, West Midlands. Exact collection details are shared once your order is confirmed.
Do you cater for allergies? +
We offer selected dietary options, including gluten-free options on certain products. Please let us know about any allergies or dietary requirements before ordering.

Do you offer gluten-free cakes? +
Yes. Gluten-free options are available for selected Empressed Bakes products upon request. Please contact us before ordering to check availability and suitability for your requirements.
How do I secure my booking? +
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your order date. Your booking is not confirmed until the deposit has been received. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 48 hours before collection.
Orders placed within 48 hours of collection require full payment at the time of booking.
Please ensure all order details are correct before making payment. Changes after confirmation are subject to availability and may incur an additional charge.
